A Celebration of Life Package includes the supervision and co-ordination of the activities necessary for a direct disposition (cremation or burial) with the use of our reception room & lounge facilities or a visitation room for an informal gathering of family & friends.  A cremation casket will have to selected (please see our Merchandise section) and an urn can also be selected.

Professional Service Charges
Professional Service Charges to carry out Celebration of Life and Final Disposition, includes Funeral Director's supervision throughout arrangements, service and final disposition, set-up at funeral home and Direction of Celebration of Life from Funeral Home, including use of funeral home staff.  
Basic Professional Fee $270 (required)
 Professional consultation with licensed personnel, which may include, but is not limited to, professional advice on options to meet your needs, including essential services relating to disposition, planning and scheduling of services and advising of possible government benefits. A basic professional fee is payable whenever we provide services.
Co-ordination of Rites & Ceremonies $540 (required)
 Coordination of all rites & ceremonies, before, during and after they have been provided, including services & supplies provided by us, as well as those provided by third party suppliers, such as death notices, clergy, etc.
Documentation $150 (required)
 Completion and filing of all documents necessary to carry out the services and supplies requested, including but not limited to, death registration, burial permit, cremation paperwork and an unlimited supply of death certificates.
Transfer (3 x $100 - from place of death, from Funeral Home to Crematorium and from Crematorium back to Funeral Home) $300 (required)
 Transfer of remains from the place of death to the funeral home, from Funeral Home to Crematorium and from Crematorium back to Funeral Home. This is based on a one attendant transfer (i.e. hospital), if the transfer requires a 2 attendant transfer (i.e. residence, nursing home, etc.) then an additional $100 will apply.
Staff for Ceremony $200 (required)
 Staff to coordinate and oversee the ceremony at the Funeral Home.

Facilities
Facilities - Basic $100 (required)
 Use of our general and common areas, including parking lot, public washrooms, cloak rooms, heating, lighting and maintenance.
Facilities for Sheltering of Remains $200 (required)
 Use of Facilities for sheltering of remains until final disposition takes place.
Facilities - Reception $200 (required)
 Use of facilities for the Celebration of Life to take place.

Stationery Package
Our Stationery Packages include a personalized guest book, thank-you / acknowledgment cards, either 4-sided personalized colour memorial folders or personalized prayer cards, a personalized multi-media slide show and a presentation case.  
#1 Stationery Package - Basic $250
 The Basic Stationery Package includes a guest book, 75 memorial folders or 100 prayer cards, thank-you cards, a customized multi-media tribute and a presentation case.
Stationery Package #2 - Deluxe $360
 The Deluxe Stationery Package includes a guest book, 100 memorial folders or 200 prayer cards, a memorial portrait 8.5 x 11, a memorial candle, thank-you cards, a presentation case and a personalized multi-media tribute which can be played at the visitation, ceremony and reception.

Vehicle Charges
Use of Funeral Home vehicles which includes administrative vehicle for local procurement of necessary documents, service vehicle for transfer of deceased from Place of Death to Funeral Home, transfer of deceased from Funeral Home to Crematorium and if desired retrieval of Cremated Remains.  
Vechiles - Transfer from Place of Death $55 (required)
 Service / Transfer Vehicle and use of specialized equipment for transfer of deceased from Place of Death (hospital, nursing home, private residence, hospice, retirement residence, etc.) to Funeral Home.
Vehicles - Transfer to Crematorium $55 (required)
 Use of Transfer / Service Vehicle for transfer of deceased (in cremation casket) from Funeral Home to Crematorium.
Vehicles - Retrieval of Cremated Remains $55
 (If desired) - use of Transfer / Service Vehicle for retrieval of Cremated Remains. Note: This vehicle charge is optional as families have the option of retrieving the cremated remains themselves.
Administrative Vehicle $75 (required)
 Use of Administrative Vehicle for local procurement of necessary documents to carry out final disposition (registration of death, required permits, crematorium documentation, etc.)

Cash Disbursements
Paid disbursements are paid out on the family's behalf as a convenience.  These include (but are not limited to): crematorium & cemetery fees, honorariums for a celebrant or clergy, registration and other government fees, coroner fees and newspaper fees.  These are done at cost, paid out by the funeral home, and placed on your funeral services contract.  
Registration Fee (required) $30 (required)
  The Registration Fee under the Vital Statistics Act of Ontario, is required for registration of the deceased's passing. It enables the Funeral Home to obtain the necessary permits to carry out the cremation.
Coroner's Fee (required) $75 (required)
 Under provincial legislation, a Coroner must issue a Cremation Certificate in order for cremation to take place. This is the fee for the coroner's services.
Cremation Fee $464.60 (required)
 This is the fee paid to the crematorium for the act of cremation.
Death Notice in Newmarket Era / Aurora Banner $250
 Obituaries / death notices may be placed in any newspaper the family desires. This cost is an estimate and is based on an average 30 line notice. Depending on the the length of the notice, and if a picture is desires, the newspaper will provide at exact cost at-need.

Cremation Casket
Under provincial legislation, a cremated casket is required for transportation of the deceased to the crematorium.  This section features environmentally-sound caskets, modest in design and price for this purpose.

Urns
A cremation urn can be selected for housing the cremated remains following cremation.  This urn can be present during the memorial service.  Normally cremated remains in an urn can be interred in the following ways:
-interment in a cemetery (earth burial)
-interment in a columbarium in a cemetery
-scattered in a designated location
-kept with the family
