CHOLACK, Gary Paul – Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on May 7, 2018 in his 63rd year. Loving husband of Pauline for 35 years. Beloved father of Matthew (Emily), Nicholas (Sydney) and Tracy Scott (Dana). Proud grandfather of Emma and Ayla. Brother of Rick (Mary), Donna Zammit (John) and Lorie, and predeceased by brother Terry. Son of the late George and Cathy Cholack. Special thanks to the I.C.U. doctors and nurses at Southlake for Gary’s excellent care. Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Thursday, May 10, 2018 for visitation from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A service will be held in the chapel on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 1:30 pm, with a reception to follow. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation.
